Math degrees offer a large selection of in-demand skills you can put directly on your resume. Below are just some of the skills you can learn in our programs:
- Research – gain experience with in-depth investigations, learn to read technical publications, practice perseverance and determination
- Project management – complete a senior project and show off your product
- Teamwork – collaborate with fellow students to solve complex problems
- Public speaking – present your senior project to an audience of faculty and peers
- Mathematical modeling – study phenomena using equations and algorithms
