Capital Project Needs (#9170 – NEW) – Created to increase the consistency and transparency for requests and approvals of capital remodels, renovations, or improvement projects. Feedback or questions on the policy may be sent to Drew Alexander of Capital Planning and Space Management.
Motorized and Electric Vehicles (#9040) – Revised to clarify which drivers will receive background checks, and the actual number that constitutes “high points” on a driver’s license record. In addition, due to safety concerns, some restrictions were placed on drivers of passenger vans and younger drivers. Direct questions and feedback for this policy to Larry Stolworthy, fleet manager.
