Mark your calendars for the 2018 Benefits Fair on May 1. The fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Student Union Simplot Ballroom. Campus employees will have a special opportunity to learn more about the wide array of benefits offered at Boise State and have a chance to meet with a variety of vendors. Employees are offered one hour of release time to attend the fair, pending supervisor’s approval.
The fair provides a wealth of information on benefits campus employees may want to add or change, including the FY19 Flexible Spending Account, which can be initiated or renewed during open enrollment. Final open enrollment dates are pending approval by the Office of Group Insurance.
This is also an excellent time to review your benefit summary, found in PeopleSoft. Please review your current election of benefits for changes or additions. A step-by-step guide to accessing your benefits summary is found below.
Reviewing Benefits in PeopleSoft:
- Log-in to “my.BoiseState.edu”
- Select “Employee”
- Under Services, click on “PeopleSoft”
- Click on “Human Resources”
- Under Benefits, click on “Benefits Summary”
