Boise State’s 41st Annual Spring Fling is Saturday, April 21

Boise State University’s annual Spring FlingĀ event begins at 7 p.m. Saturday, April 21, in the parking lot east of Albertsons Stadium.

The festivities include carnival rides, food trucks and a new attraction, a neon mobile roller skating rink, as well as Kalliope, a “larger-than-life boom box bass with 70,000 watts of power pumping out music ignited by neon strobes and laser light beams.”

Organizers want to get the word out to neighbors that they could hear music and noise throughout the evening. They are planning to direct music away from surrounding neighborhoods in an effort to contain noise as much as possible.

They’re also extending an invitation to the community to attend the event. Admission is free for students and $10 for non-students. For more information, contact getinvolved@boisestate.edu.
