Rich Weigel joined the Campus Operations team in April as the director of university dining services. This new position will work closely with the university’s food service provider, Aramark, to continually improve the dining experience at Boise State. Weigel plans on expanding the relationship with Aramark and focusing on further development in student dining.
Weigel brings over 30 years of experience in food service management to the position and has previous experience working within Idaho and other northwestern states. He studied food service management at American River College in Sacramento, California.
