Tasha Souza facilitated a three-hour workshop for faculty at Trinity Washington University in Washington, D.C. this spring on Creating An Inclusive Classroom: Strategies for Fostering Inclusion and Addressing Microaggressions.
She also co-facilitated a three-hour workshop titled Microresistance: A Powerful Antidote to Microaggression at Smith College in May with Floyd Cheung (of Smith College) and Cynthia Ganote (of St. Mary’s College) for faculty, administrators and staff from the five area colleges in the Northampton, Massachusetts region.
