Fall 2018 Open Draw is a weekly noncredit session for students, alumni and community members who want to draw, paint and sculpt, working from life models in a creative and supportive environment.
Shawn Edrington will facilitate the sessions. They will take place from 6:30-9 p.m. Wednesdays, Aug. 29, Sep. 5, 12, 19, 26, Oct. 3, 10 in the Benjamin Victor Studio, Pioneer Hall, 4902 Bronco Lane.
Participants must bring their own materials, such as charcoal, paper, non-water-based clay, hand tools, etc. The studio will provide life models, lighting, work tables, easels and taborets.
Due to ventilation and other limitations, some mediums are prohibited, including but not limited to: open solvents, aerosol paints or fixatives, turpentine products, water-based clay, photography.
