Jonathan Krutz, a lecturer in the department of marketing and a Ph.D. candidate in the School of Public Service, appeared on Boise State Public Radio’s “Idaho Matters” show on Aug. 14, to discuss concerns about the Idaho ballot proposal that would legalize slot machine casinos in order to subsidize Idaho’s failed horse racing business.
