All Boise State PeopleSoft systems will be unavailable beginning at 8 a.m. Friday, Sept. 21, through early Monday, Sept. 24 in order to upgrade PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
The new Campus Solutions system features a mobile-friendly interface with a completely redesigned look and feel.
Time and Labor leave entry is unavailable during the scheduled downtime.
Also, beginning Monday, Sept. 24, the PeopleSoft HR (Human Resources) System must be accessed through the HR System link in the myBoiseState Employee view:
Selecting HR System may require faculty and staff to enter their Boise State username and password.
The Office of Information Technology updates PeopleSoft on a regular basis to improve system security and performance, and implement new features and enhancements.
If you have any problems accessing PeopleSoft systems after the upgrade, be sure to clear your web browser cache.
