Josh Engler has been named the Idaho Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers 2018 Higher Education Advocate of the Year. Engler also has been asked to serve an unprecedented second year as the president of the Northwest Association of Educational Opportunity Programs, which will allow him to serve a second year on the Board of the Council for Opportunity in Education.
