Crystal Pidjeon recently presented “Empowering Your Employees Through Servant Leadership and Coaching” for the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR) in Billings, Montana. This presentation, attended by approximately 50 participants, centered around the pillars of servant leadership and using coaching to foster growth in team members. Four of her colleagues from Boise State’s HR team joined her as well: Denise Ooley, Noreen Camacho, Charlene Davis and Tiffany Widman. Pidjeon is currently collaborating with a colleague from Pace University in New York to prepare this topic for the 2018 Educational Institutions Payroll Conference for the American Payroll Association in October.
