Donate to Toys for Tots on Campus in November

Toy collection bins will be set out in the Student Union Building, Veteran Services Center and the College of Business and Economics building for the month of November to collect new, unwrapped gifts for Toys for Tots, an organization that distributes toys to children who may not receive gifts for the holidays. The toys should be geared towards children 0-12 years of age.

In addition, join the Student Involvement and Leadership Center to celebrate the birthday of Buster Bronco noon-1:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, in the Alumni and Friends Center Ballroom. Children and families will have a chance to take photos with Buster, play party games, eat birthday cake and decorate party hats.

Guests are encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped toy for Buster’s Birthday, which will then be donated to Toys for Tots. In exchange, Boise State will donate up to four men’s basketball tickets to see the Boise State vs. Central Washington University game immediately proceeding the party.

Toys for Tots is a non-profit program that collects thousands of toys from donation sites all over the country.
