In October, Tasha Souza facilitated three workshops for faculty and staff at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. Her first workshop was titled “Confronting Microaggressions in the Classroom,” her second was “Alignment in Service Learning Course Design” and her third was “Aligning Center Outcomes with your Mission.”
