Ross Burkhart gave a lecture on “The Rise of Populism in Europe” at the Foreign Policy Association Great Decision series held at the Community Library in Ketchum on Jan. 29. The lecture covered recent European populist leaders, reasons for populism’s increased popularity throughout Europe and the future of populism on the continent.
