Boise State is conducting a campus-wide Listening Tour to better understand how employees feel about their employment experience. The Listening Tour will include a brief, anonymous survey, as well as focus groups for faculty and professional and classified staff held March 29-April 12.
Human Resource Services will be sharing the results of this self-study campus wide. Employee input is critical to building a campus-wide approach of focusing on employees, their needs and continuing effort to create a work environment that promotes employee engagement and fosters inclusivity.
