Ginna Husting, director of gender studies and professor of sociology, gave a guest lecture at EHU/UPV, the University of the Basque Country in Donostia, Spain, sponsored by the Departamento de Filosofia de los Valores y Antropología Social. The March 21 talk was titled, “The Banality of Evil and the Power of Emotions: Hannah Arendt, Eichmann, Digital Media and What We Can Learn Now.”
