Lisa Giacumo, assistant professor of Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning, had her article, “A Needs Analysis to Inform Global Humanitarian Capacity Building,” published in Tech Trends, a publication of the Association of Educational Communications and Technology. The article describes a needs analysis case study to inform the instructional design of a multinational capacity building project in humanitarian logistics.
