Fourteen employees and family members from Boise State Human Resources volunteered at The Idaho Foodbank on Aug. 27. There, they assembled 630 bags of food for the Backpack Program, which gives chronically hungry students backpacks full of nutritious, kid-friendly food to take home for the weekend. The backpacks are given out every Friday during the school year.
