Max Davis-Johnson, associate vice president and chief information officer in the Office of Information Technology, presented at the EDUCAUSE annual conference 2019 in Chicago. His presentation was titled, “Institutions, Technologies, Stories of Transformation.”
Davis-Johnson demonstrated a framework for assessment, analysis and proper initiation of enterprise technology implementation, with an emphasis on change management.
