Lynn Lubamersky organizes panel on beliefs on women in the Polish Lithuanian Commonwealth

Lynn Lubamersky, an associate professor of history, organized a panel on early modern women and belief at the Association for Slavic, East European, and Eurasian Studies 51st annual convention in San Francisco. She presented her research, titled “Jedrzej Kitowicz and Beliefs about Women in the Polish Lithuanian Commonwealth in the 18th Century,” along with colleagues from Temple University, Vytautas Magnus University in Lithuania and Central European University in Hungary. More than 2,000 scholars from all over the world took part in the conference, the foremost conference for Slavic studies in the world.
