Following a national search, Kris Collins has been named associate vice president of Boise State University’s Enrollment Services. Collins joined Boise State in the summer of 1996 and has assumed roles of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as interim associate vice president for enrollment services.

Over the past year, Collins has been instrumental in supporting financial aid, admissions, registrar and the enrollment services research team. She acted as the interim financial aid director while conducting a national search, helping that department in a period of transition and change. Her comprehensive institutional knowledge and history are appreciated at this time in the university’s evolution.

In her role as registrar at Boise State, Collins worked closely with the provost, Institutional Effectiveness, Extended Studies and other key administrative offices. She chairs or is a member of several university-wide leadership committees and working groups, including the Executive Enrollment Committee, Information Technology Prioritization Committee and the Academic Calendar Committee. She has actively participated in the review, development and implementation of many campus policies, processes and services.
