On Feb. 20, Vanessa Fry, research director for the Idaho Policy Institute, presented to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Federal Interagency Council on homelessness and the Ending Family Homelessness in Ada County, Idaho. The report was originally a project conducted with the City of Boise.
