Department of Management assistant professor Bastian Thomsen and adjunct professor Jennifer Thomsen have published an article titled “Transcultural Development” in the Human Organization journal.
The article explores the “advocacy for the inclusion and preservation of cultural norms and rights of receiving cultures in the face of globalization, particularly when conducting projects that attempt to alleviate poverty.” Co-authors include Olav Muurlink, Talitha Best and Kellen Copeland.
