Midday Mindfulness expanding for fall semester

Join BroncoFit for virtual Midday Mindfulness. These 10-15 minute sessions via Zoom are focused on deep breathing and relaxation. Please note there is no expectation or obligation to have your camera on.

Two new sessions have been added for the fall. Sessions will now be offered at 4 p.m. Monday and Wednesday, and at 1 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday.
