Eduroam Wi-Fi connection instructions updated to ensure consistent, robust wireless networking

The Office of Information Technology recently updated eduroam wireless network connection instructions to improve the overall Wi-Fi experience and ensure robust, stable connectivity everywhere eduroam is offered.

Boise State faculty, staff and students should always connect to eduroam Wi-Fi while on campus. The eduroam network is secure and provides the best speed and performance for campus wireless networking.

Updated information includes running the eduroam Configuration Tool when initially setting up the wireless connection on your device, or if you encounter any problems connecting or maintaining a consistent connection.

Personalized assistance is available at the Zone in the Interactive Learning Center. Zone staff will review your connection settings and assist with any Wi-Fi connection issues.
