Shikhar Sarin publishes sixth most downloaded paper in Decision Sciences Journal’s history

Shikhar Sarin, a professor in the Department of Marketing, co-authored a paper in the Decision Sciences Journal that has been named the sixth most downloaded paper in the journal’s 50-year history. The publication has been ranked as one of the top-ranked journals in supply chain management.

Sarin’s article, “The Effect of Team Leader Characteristics on Learning, Knowledge Application, and Performance of Cross-Functional New Product Development Teams,” was published in 2003 and can be accessed here. The study examines how leadership characteristics in new product development teams affect the learning, knowledge application and performance of these teams.
