BroncoFit invites the campus community to take a “fresh” look at their produce by participating in the annual 5-a-Day Fruit and Veggie Challenge from March 8-28. Participants will have access to special events and support for adding more fruits and vegetables into their day.
By signing up, here is what you can expect:
- You will receive challenge emails on Mondays and Fridays of each week.
- You will track your fruit and veggie intake with a goal of five servings per day using a tracking sheet that will be provided.
- A recipe contest.
- Events such as cooking demos, a mindful eating event, and a “lunch n’ learn.”
- Prize drawing for participating.
