The Public Health Office is asking all employees to take a survey to be entered into a drawing for a new iPad. The purpose of the survey is to understand more about the current COVID-19 vaccination status of members of the Boise State community. The information gathered will be aggregated and used to inform the work of Boise State’s Public Health Office. The Office of Institutional Effectiveness is conducting this survey on behalf of the Public Health Office. The Office of Institutional Effectiveness will keep individual responses confidential and only share summarized reports where individual responses cannot be identified.
Participation in this survey is completely voluntary. There are no penalties for those who decide not to participate or who choose to skip any questions.
Employees should have received and email from Boise State Public Health with the survey link. The short survey should take less then five minutes to complete and will remain open until 11:55 p.m., Monday, Sept. 27.
