Boise State to host conference on real estate administration in higher education

Boise State will host the Association of University Real Estate Officials annual conference Oct. 24-27. This hybrid event will welcome attendees from over 70 colleges and universities across the United States and Canada.

Jeff Banka, director of finance and leasing, will represent Boise State as the conference’s host. He is also a member of the association’s board of directors and will serve as the association’s president for 2021-22.

The association was established in 1983 and has grown into the premier professional organization for higher education real estate professionals, with membership representing over 200 institutions. The association’s mission is to advance higher education through the common interests of colleges and universities relating to real estate administration.
