Perceptive Content, including Perceptive Forms, will be unavailable Saturday, Nov. 20 through Sunday, Nov. 28 due to a system upgrade.
Perceptive Content houses student-based documents, allowing campus advisors to view student documents such as transcripts, Academic Adjustments, and FERPA forms.
The Office of Information Technology is upgrading Perceptive to improve the application and increase stability and security. This upgrade will implement the following features and enhancements:
- The ability to open multiple documents in the workflow at once.
- Viewing the workflow history in the web version.
- The login process will integrate more smoothly with myBoiseState, eliminating the need to manually log in to Experience when accessing task links from email.
Perceptive Content and Forms will be available before the start of business on Monday morning, Nov. 29.
The Office of Information Technology apologizes for the inconvenience of the lengthy downtime and scheduled the upgrade during the fall break to minimize impact.
