The Idaho State Board of Education’s Idaho Indian Education Committee and the State Department of Education, Office of Indian Education, will present the annual Indian Education Summit on Aug. 15 and 16 at Boise State University.
The summit’s theme is, “Our Collective Future”, which aims to encourage a collective focus on creating a future of promise in education to identify, support, and implement authentic knowledge and practices that increase educational opportunities for and about Indigenous populations of Idaho across academia in K-20. Attendees can receive continuing education credit. Registration is now open.
