REFIT® is a workout to feel good about with powerful moves and positive music. Discover an inspiring workout that changes body, mind and soul. This cardio-focused class is effective and fun for all abilities.

This class is 45 minutes of relaxation, movement and deep breathing. Please note, this class is focused on stress management, not fitness. A limited number of mats are available to borrow or participants can bring their own.
Mondays 11:30 a.m.-12 p.m., Meet on the campus side of friendship bridge

The walking groups are designed to allow employees to take a break from their desks, meet new people and connect with nature. The weekly group will be led on a thirty minute walk across campus through the end of October.

Finish the week strong with bodyweight bootcamp – using cardio, core, and strength training exercises, to work the entire body in 45 minutes. No equipment is necessary.
