Courtheyn presents on peacebuilding at City University of New York

Christopher Courtheyn, assistant professor of global, urban, and environmental studies in the School of Public Service, was recently invited by the Colombian Studies Group to present his book on peacebuilding at the City University of New York’s Graduate Center.

Courtheyn’s book Performing Geographies of Ecological Dignity in Colombia is based on twelve-years of ethnographic action research on the San José de Apartadó Peace Community of small-scale farmers in Colombia’s war-torn Urabá region.
