Leif Nelson, director of learning technology solutions in the Office of Information Technology, recently published “Flexibility and Resilience in Higher Education“in Education Technology Insights. In the article, Nelson argues that the strategies which evolved from teaching during the COVID pandemic continue a history of online and remote distance learning in higher education, and that the increased access offered by this flexibility demonstrate a commitment to adapting to serve changing demographics and needs of students.
