Students take second place in sales competition

Members from the Boise State University Professional Sales Club recently participated in the regional Pacific Office Automation Pacific Northwest Sales Competition. The team of Jenna Kline, Emiel Madonnna, Olivia Thompson and Mason Winger competed against several western universities, including Arizona State University, Oregon State University, Washington State University, University of Colorado, Utah State University and Chico State University.

Jenna Kline and Olivia Thompson competed in the role play competition, while Emiel Madonna and Mason Winger competed in the speed sell competition. All four members of the team made the finals in their respective categories, with Jenna Kline placing second in role play and Emiel Madonna placing second in the speed sell competition.

Following their performances, all four team members were offered internships from companies attending the event. The Professional Sales Club has also been invited to compete in the upcoming Western States Sales Competition and The King Hawaiian Sales Competition.
