The Boise State University Transit Center will be closed on Monday, March 20, 2023 for the implementation of a new parking software system. To prepare for the system upgrade, users should follow all parking permit request requirements and submit any parking permit requests as soon as possible.
Resident visitor parking requests should be submitted no later than Thursday, March 16 for any visitor permits required between Friday, March 17 and Tuesday, March 21. Parking permit requests and appeals will not be processed between March 17 and March 21.
While impact to the university community is expected to be minimal during the closure, there may be delayed response times to both phone calls and emails while the system upgrade and necessary training are underway. Continue to adhere to all parking regulations and follow all posted signage during the closure. Normal Transit Center business operations will resume on March 21, 2023.
