Teresa Focarile, associate director for educational development in the Center for Teaching and Learning, was recently elected to serve a three-year term on the Professional and Organizational Development Network Core Committee, the organization’s Board of Directors. The Professional and Organizational Development Network, which is devoted to improving teaching and learning in higher education, has over 1,500 members representing several hundred colleges and universities across North America.
