Shari Ellertson, senior executive director of Institutional Effectiveness, was named as a postsecondary representative to the Idaho Data Management Council. The council was established to make recommendations on the oversight and development of Idaho’s Educational Analytics System, which is comprised of P-12, postsecondary and workforce data. The council members represent Idaho’s public postsecondary institutions, the State Department of Education, the Department of Labor, Professional-Technical Education, Idaho school districts and State Board of Education staff. Ellertson’s appointment was approved by the State Board of Education at their April meeting and her term runs through June 2024.
