Beaver rewilding research featured on NASA website

Jodi Brandt, an associate professor of human-environment systems in the College of Innovation and Design, and Nick Kolarik, a doctoral student in the program, are featured in a news story published on the NASA website. The story details the NASA-supported effort in Idaho to use remote sensing data and other tools to measure how beavers can have a positive impact on local ecosystems. This work has also been featured in the Boise State Magazine.

The video footage used in the NASA story was produced by Matt Crook, video specialist in the Office of Communications and Marketing.
