Mehrpouyan wins Best Paper Award at international conference

Hoda Mehrpouyan, an associate professor of computer science, and Ph.D. student Chidi Agbo received the Best Paper Award at the International Conference on Dependable Systems and Their Applications conference held in August in Japan. The paper, “Achieving Cyber-Informed Engineering Through Bayesian Belief Network and Sensitivity Analysis,” was a result of research funded by the National Science Foundation and aligns with the Idaho National Laboratory’s cybersecurity efforts for industrial control systems.
