Be part of a new outdoor space on campus and decorate a stone memento

A breezeway between two buildings

A new outdoor gathering space is coming to Boise State in 2024. Campus Operations is renovating the walkway between Riverfront Hall and the SMASH building, designing it to be an experimental and flexible exhibition space for all departments, students and faculty to support belonging, community and creative endeavor. To celebrate the renovation, stones repurposed from before excavation will be available to decorate at various events during Homecoming and Parent and Family weekend. The creations will be used in the space’s first art installation when the project is completed in 2024.

All materials will be provided, including stones, paint, brushes, decoupage, inks and papers. All students and their families are welcome.
