Faculty and staff participate in engineering education symposium in India

Krishna Pakala, associate professor of mechanical and biomedical engineering, Anne Hamby, associate professor of marketing, and Devshikha Bose, senior educational development specialist in the Center for Teaching and Learning, co-facilitated faculty development workshops at the 2024 Research in Engineering Education Symposium held in Hubballi, India. The workshop titled “Leveraging mobile devices to improve learning of Engineering Thermal Fluids: Ways to measure the impact” was part of a National Science Foundation funded grant (#2106345) and was co-facilitated by Pakala and Bose. The workshop titled “Finding and developing true personal stories in engineering” was part of a NSF funded grant (# 2142137) and was co-facilitated by Pakala and Hamby.
