The Center for Teaching and Learning and Office of Institutional Effectiveness are inviting applications from academic departments or programs for the Student Learning Institute, taking place May 9-10.
The Student Learning Institute is intended to help teams of faculty develop a plan for kick-starting, tuning or extending an assessment project in support of the needs of their program assessment report. Over the course of one and a half days, teams of two-four people will pose questions about student learning in their programs, explore assessment approaches used by faculty at Boise State, and develop an action plan to answer their questions. A small stipend for professional development will be provided.
