Human Resources and Workforce Strategy will introduce an updated experience for requesting absences in Bronco Hub beginning Monday, May 12. Powered by Oracle’s Human Capital Management system, the update features minor interface enhancements while maintaining the familiar core functionality. It will remain intuitive and user-friendly.
To prepare for the update, a system blackout period will occur from Friday, May 9 at 5:00 p.m. to Monday, May 12 at 7:00 a.m. Any absence requests should not be submitted during this time. Submissions made during the blackout may not save correctly and could result in timecard errors.
The update applies to to all employees who use the absence module to request time off or view accrued leave balances.
Updated employee job aids and manager job aids are available starting May 12, providing guidance for submitting, approving and managing absence requests. Until then, current job aids remain accessible.
To support the transition, virtual open houses will be held:
9:30-10:30 a.m., Tuesday, May 13
9-10 a.m., Thursday, May 29
A ServiceNow ticket can be submitted with questions. The payroll team will respond in the order tickets are received.
