A duplicate payslip was generated in Bronco Hub for the May 23, 2025, pay date due to a system processing error. This technical issue does not affect employee’s actual pay amounts or end-of-year tax documentation.
The duplicate occurred during payroll processing when the system experienced an error and reset, resulting in the appearance of two payslips in Bronco Hub, the university’s employee self-service system. Although only one paycheck was issued, both payslips will remain visible due to current system limitations.
W-2 forms, which are federal tax documents summarizing an employee’s annual wages and tax withholdings, will not be affected by this issue. Boise State payroll and Oracle system support teams are actively reviewing the root cause to prevent similar issues in the future.
