Luke Fowler, professor of public policy and administration in the School of Public Service, provided expert insight for a recent WalletHub article which ranked the best and worst run cities in the United States. Nampa, Idaho, was listed as the second best run city, followed closely by Boise in fourth place.
In the article, Fowler discussed his opinions on the most important issues facing modern cities, how governments could improve transparency and accountability, and the top five indicators of a well-run city.
