Brian Bolt, deputy chief information officer in the Office of Information Technology, recently was featured in the March 2019 edition of Business Chief USA magazine.
The article, “Campus-Wide Technology Transformation,” focuses on Bolt discussing the unique challenges of effecting technology transformation on an enterprise-scale at Boise State, including the current initiative to adopt and implement a new customer relationship management system for the university.
