Leslie Odom appointed to the Idaho Data Management Council

Leslie R. Odom, assistant director of reporting in the Office of Institutional Effectiveness, has been appointed as a postsecondary representative to the Idaho Data Management Council. Her term of appointment is for two years and may be renewable.

The Data Management Council is a governing group of the Idaho State Board of Education, established to make recommendations on the oversight and development of Idaho’s Educational Analytics System, as well as oversee the creation, maintenance and usage of the system.

Odom obtained her doctorate in educational research from the University of North Texas. She has more than 15 years’ experience with data analysis and reporting in higher education, and has been with Boise State for seven years.
