Shikhar Sarin, a professor in the Department of Marketing, was a featured speaker at an invite-only event presented by the Indian School of Business. Sarin was joined by Geoffrey Moore, a prominent technology industry author. Over a hundred students, alumni and faculty of the Indian School of Business, as well as faculty and business leaders from around the world and in Boise attended the session.
The discussion centered around the origins and roots of Moore’s Crossing the Chasm model, its relevance to emerging economies like India and business markets, and future evolutions and iterations of the model.
