Boise State’s Public Health Office is offering students, faculty and staff who complete their vaccine series between Oct. 1-22, 2021 the chance to win one of two $222 prizes. Interested individuals should visit the COVID Vaccination Incentives page for entry information and receive their second dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna vaccine, or their first and only dose of Johnson & Johnson Janssen vaccine during the incentive period. Individuals may choose to be vaccinated at the Boise State Vaccination Clinic, or from any provider of their choice. Winners will be notified during the week of Oct. 25, 2021 and must provide proof of completing their vaccination series during the incentive period and current status as a university student, faculty or staff member in order to claim their prize.
